A quick guide to using MoneyMitra safely and getting the most from your financial insights.

1. Create your account
Sign up with email and password or continue with Google. New customers complete the setup once.
  1. Choose your income type, payment frequency, and primary financial goal.
  2. Your choices are saved as your Money Mantra.
  3. Use Profile → Money Mantra Setup to change them later.
2. Add your financial data
Use Money to import a statement and keep your calculations based on your own records.
  1. Open Money → Import Statement (CSV).
  2. Upload a CSV with date, source, amount, direction, and category columns.
  3. Review your dashboard, Financial Health, and Insights after importing.
3. Give read-only bank consent
MoneyMitra never asks for bank passwords, PINs, OTPs, or login details.
  1. Open Money → Read-only bank connections.
  2. Select your bank and approved provider.
  3. Enter the provider connection reference and select Record consent.
  4. Revoke access any time from the same screen.
4. Use the Impact Wallet
Earn separate Health Credits and Green Credits for eligible activities.
  1. Choose an activity on the Dashboard.
  2. Add the required evidence reference before submitting.
  3. For a QR reference, choose Open camera, allow camera access, scan, and review the value.
  4. Use HTTPS on oslowtech.in for camera access.
5. Understand your financial health
Your score uses imported income, expenses, volatility, debt pressure, and estimated buffer.
  1. Financial Health explains the score components.
  2. Insights highlights trends and practical next steps.
  3. Simulator lets you test a possible income or expense scenario.
Camera and QR troubleshooting
Camera scanning requires a secure browser context and permission.
  1. Open https://oslowtech.in, not an http address.
  2. Allow camera permission for the site.
  3. If prompted, select the rear camera.
  4. If camera access is unavailable, enter an approved evidence reference manually.
Privacy reminder
Only connect accounts through an approved read-only consent flow. Never share passwords, PINs, OTPs, or security answers with MoneyMitra or anyone claiming to represent it.
